Price a drawing

Upload a PDF drawing and the estimator works through it with you: sections, lengths and weights, then labour and price. You check every line before anything goes on a quote. It works on one drawing at a time.

From the first enquiry to the paid invoice

  • Enquiries. Enquiry emails come into BOS with their attachments filed. Emails that need action become tasks.
  • Quotes. Versioned quotes with your logo and the drawings attached. The customer views and accepts it online.
  • Jobs. Each job collects its timesheets, purchase orders and supplier bills, so you see profit ex GST as the job runs.
  • Schedule. Drag the crew onto jobs on the schedule. Undo if you get it wrong.
  • Timesheets and leave. The crew clocks on and off on their phone. You approve the week and export it. Leave requests and balances sit alongside.
  • Safety. Build a SWMS for the job and the crew reads and signs it on their phone. Incidents and the day diary are on the phone too.
  • Invoices. Invoice from the quote or the job, including progress claims and recurring invoices. Customers can pay by card from the email.
  • Bills and Xero. Supplier bills that arrive by email are read into BOS for you to check. BOS and Xero stay in sync, with checks that flag anything that doesn't match.

What the crew sees on their phone

Clock on and off, today's jobs and tasks, job photos, SWMS to read and sign, the day diary, incidents, leave, receipts and variations. The office sees it as soon as they save.

Pricing

Basic $175, Pro $449 and Enterprise $1388 a month, in Australian dollars including GST. Every plan has the full job, quote, schedule, timesheet, safety and invoice tools. They differ by seats, AI credits and storage.
